Production and Publication
Unsolicited articles for ImageTexT will appear in the journal after a double-blind peer review processs and, if accepted, may be either returned to the author for revision or accepted for publication as is. Articles accepted for publication are done so under the following conditions:
  1. The article has not been previously published (this does not apply to translations).
  2. The article is not being considered for publication elsewhere, unless a cross-publishing arrangement has been previously negotiated.
  3. Any subsequent publication of the article, in any form, must acknowledge its earlier publication in ImageTexT.
  4. Authors of accepted articles, reviews, and/or translations assign to ImageTexT the right to publish and distribute their work electronically, including publication on the web and on CD-ROM, and to archive and make it permanently retrievable electronically. Authors retain their copyright, however, so after their project has appeared in ImageTexT, they may republish their text in any manner they wish -- electronic or print-- provided that they clearly acknowledge ImageTexT as its original site of publication.
